I’ve been using Readymag for a few years now. I have no idea that Readymag has had an issue going on with their Domain in the past 2 weeks. I reactivated my account and got my personal plan, as I just wanted to publish one site. I kept mapping and unmapping my domain, then the site said that I have to upgrade because I have 2 custom domains. I went ahead and upgraded it, but nothing changed.
I sent 2 emails already, and nobody got back. I’m having an interview on Tuesday to represent my portfolio. What should I do now?
Just a year ago, Readymag was really efficient in customer service, and they normally responded to and solved the issue quickly. Now, despite people saying on here that their custom domains have issues, there is no notification or email sent to the clients about the issues. What can we expect? It’s very frustrating.
