Two days ago, we experienced an issue with custom domains, which was later resolved. However, the SSL error has now occurred again.
We understand that it may be temporary, but could you please clarify what is causing this issue and whether it is likely to happen again?
Many users rely on Readymag to apply for jobs, so it’s critical for us to be able to share links that work reliably.
Thank you for your attention, and we would appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Same here, My Website cant be reached. I am actively applying for jobs, and March end and April beginning is a crucial time when all recruiters are very active. i have sent my portfolio link to a lot of design bosses and i am depending on the link to work.
I cant just replace the links in everyone’s data base.

hello! we are deeply sorry about this. if your domain was affected, we’d like to offer compensation to your Readymag balance—please reach out to us at support@readymag.com, and we’ll take care of it
I am currently facing the same situation. It is frustrating. My domain was provided by readymag with a promocode, in my case I got .xyz. I completed everything to get the domain ready, but I cant even get it connected to my proyect. I have waited more than 24 hours.
Hey! We’re really sorry about this inconvenience and about the wait time.
Just to clarify, the .xyz promo provides a discount for registering a domain, but the domain itself still needs to be set up and connected separately. From what we can see, there isn’t a domain connected to your project yet.
Our support have sent you an email earlier today. It would be best to continue looking into this together with our support team directly
Yes, I know. My domain at .xyz is working, I follow all the instructions. The issue is here at Readymag, I do not have an option to connect a domain, it just shows a tutorial link. That is what im trying to say.
It would be best to continue working through this with our support team directly at support@readymag.com
