Yesterday we experienced an incident affecting some custom domains on Readymag. We are taking this very seriously and sincerely apologize for any disruption it might have caused.
A fix was rolled out around 3pm CET. The issue is mostly resolved, but it may take some time for all domains to reconnect. Our team is working around the clock to speed up the process.
If your custom domain is still not working:
-
You can temporarily unmap your domain and use the readymag.website link.
-
Contact support@readymag.com for assistance (response times may be longer than usual).
Thank you for your patience.
An infrastructure update unintentionally invalidated SSL certificates for some domains, and that triggered a certificate reissuance process. Because certificate issuance relies on external providers and happens sequentially, this created a queue and led to temporary downtime for some custom domains.
We stopped the update as soon as the issue was identified and all certificates have since been restored. This update will not be resumed. We are rebuilding the underlying infrastructure from scratch with a more reliable and scalable solution.
If your domain was affected, we’d like to offer compensation to your Readymag balance—please reach out to us at support@readymag.com, and we’ll take care of it
