Message displaying "Java script not running" when a button is clicked

Hi there

There is a message being displayed every time I click on a button on one of the pages of my website saying “Cannot run Javascript” and “Safari cannot run JavaScript”. I’m not sure why this is happening - I’ve tried resetting the buttons, Clearing cache, have asked for help from Readymag - Nothing has solved the issue. Has anyone here faced a similar issue? If yes, I would really appreciate some help in resolving the problem please!

Hi @Sarvika_Sharma if you’re using Safari, try ‘Develop’ in the top bar and going down to ‘Disable Javascript’ and seeing if that is turned on. It’s most likely a browser issue than a Readymag one :slight_smile:
