How do you do a background scroll animation?

Hi everyone! I’m very new here – I’m looking to do something similar to this page ‘Readymag temmplates: Evergreen’, where the page with the blue background scrolls while revealing the page below (white background). You can see a similar effect being used here ‘Filip Nordin Portfolio’ by Filip Nordin | Readymag, where it transitions from the page with the black background to the white background page. Does anyone know how to do it? I’m not sure what you call this effect, so I hope I was clear!

Hi at @vpardi this can be done by selecting ‘preview’ > ‘viewer settings’ and selecting the following buttons shown in the image below.
