Complaint

Dear RM,

I really don’t know where to start. I am so disappointed in you.

I have always loved RM but this encounter has left me with a really bitter taste.

This is the 9th time in nearly a week that I am writing to you. Two of those times someone wrote back to me, (Vincent, Anna) the other 6 times no one has replied.

I have been trying to connect my domain to RM for nearly a week now. I have added all the correct DNS records, the DNS Checker is indicating thus. But still my domain is unconnected and unusable.

I am losing money and losing faith in RM. I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription.

I’m just being ignored.

I hope this email reaches someone that doesn’t do just that.
