Site Won’t Publish and Domain Issues – No Response from Support

Hi everyone, I’m posting here because I haven’t received a response from support at all.

I recently spent about three weeks building my website, but I’m currently unable to publish it. My domain also appears to be misconfigured after transferring it (I followed all the steps and tried to troubleshoot through my domain host as well). I’ve reached out to support multiple times over the last few weeks and haven’t heard back.

I moved my entire portfolio onto this platform and need the site to be live for my work. If anyone has experienced something similar or has advice, I’d really appreciate it.

If this issue can’t be resolved soon, I may need to request a refund as I’ve already invested a fair amount into the service.

I am having exactly the same issue. All of my current projects will not load, and my attempts at creating a new site fail to publish, and my portfolio is on here too. !!!
