Hi all, I am having issue changing the slides when in presentation mode: i cannot jump to the next page by cliccking the arrow key, but I have to scroll the mouse. Any idea why this is happening? thanks you for the help

Hey! Sounds like vertical navigation is enabled. You need to go to the Preview mode, open Viewer settings, and disable ‘Stack all pages vertically’. You can read more in our Help article.

Hi,
I am writing to you for help.
Previously, there were special subscription conditions for Ukraine. According to the conditions for Ukrainians, there was a programme called ‘we give you any paid package for free’, and we have been using it for three years. The free plan has expired and all the sites have been disabled. I’ve already contacted the support team twice, but I haven’t received a response.
Could you please tell me if the terms have changed and how to renew my subscription?

Readymag offers free annual subscriptions to users from Ukraine—you can find all the details in this Help article.

If your plan expired, you’ll need to contact our support team at support@readymag.com to extend it. Could you please share the email address you used to contact us? We’ll check on our side—it’s possible your message ended up in the spam folder.
