I tried. Readymag didn’t support custom ones right now. So you’d be unable to connect it to your sites.
As a temporary workaround, we recommend duplicating your project and publishing it—the copy will be created without a custom domain and will be available on a readymag.website domain.
Can we get an ETA please
But then I would have to upgrade my account, which is an expensive joke for this temporary solution.
Can you at least (temporarily) upgrade the membership or give an ETA?
I need my website to be online.
You can temporarily unmap your custom domain, and your website will be available on a readymag.website domain.
To unmap: go to Project Settings → Domain → Unmap → Copy the readymag.website link

That looks rather amateurish… How can a web/UX/UI designer send a link without a domain name…
Agreed. This is a joke.
When are we going to get an update? Why is there no information on your socials about the outage? Why didn’t we get an email warning us the service is down? Why has it been 5h since your last post on here, and why is that post so empty of any real information?
Will you be offering refunds to people who want to cancel their contracts early after this? Will you be offering discounts to those of us too lazy/busy/stupid to cancel? What’s the point of a webhosting platform where the hosting doesn’t work?
If we do this, for anyone visiting our main url, it won’t work even once you’ve fixed your error, right?
You should at least offer a readymag domain as a mirror for a custom domain, like framer and squarespace do, instead of an either/or. But even then, this is no help to anyone who’s already shared their domain name with clients, or is paying for adwords. Not to mention that a *.readymag.website makes us look like amateurs.
This what has really pissed me off. Things happen in this space I get it. But no heads up, no social post, no email to user base. Radio silence besides responding to people furious in their forums.
And the responses aren’t helpful fixes!! Just diversions
I encourage everyone to head over to their Instagram & leave some comments on how you are feeling about this whole situation!
Just wanted to let you know that the issue has been resolved. Some custom domains may still experience temporary issues over the next few hours, but everything should be back to normal shortly.
If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out to our team at support@readymag.com.

Same here, has not been resolved
No, it was not. My website worked for an hour and then went down.
My site is missing information, specifically photos on a slideshow. Can you please confirm whether you will / won’t be refunding our subscription fees? Thank you.
Issue still NOT resolved.
If this was a priority your support team would reply to emails promptly.
