Shrink Browser Viewport + Adaptive/Responsive

Hey!
I want to test my website. I’d like the site to transition to a mobile viewport when I shrink my browser window. This way, it’s easier for me to see my work and how it adapts to different screens.

I’ve seen that some Readymag examples hare have been able to do it. When you shrink the browser window, you’re able to see their mobile design.

I want to know if this is possible?
