We decided that some pages of the site will open at a different address (another subdomain).

Is it possible to somehow redirect from the Readymag page to a new page?

Yes, it’s possible. If you have access to the domain or DNS settings, you can set up a 301 redirect from the old Readymag URL to the new subdomain. If Readymag doesn’t support redirects directly, another option is to add a button or notice on the old page pointing visitors to the new location until the transition is complete.
