I have a digital product that I want to allow pre-orders for. On Ecwid, I have set up the product availability to 0, and checked the setting that allows pre-orders.
When I preview my buy button and cart on my Readymag site, it acknowledges this but changing the text of my button to say “Pre-Order”. The problem is that when I click the button, nothing happens. It does not add to cart and allow for the transaction to go through.
Can someone help me figure this out? I don’t think it is an Ecwid problem, but I have opened a ticket with them as well.
