¿Cómo Ocultar Ciertas Páginas del Scroll Down, pero Acceder con Botón/Link en Readymag? // Help: How to exclude pages from vertical scroll flow, only accessing them via buttons?

Hey everyone,

I’m setting up my Readymag project and need some advice on navigation. I want my main pages to flow seamlessly via vertical scroll stacking, but I have other pages (like case studies or legal details) that I need to hide from that continuous scroll flow. I only want those secondary pages to be viewable if the user clicks a specific button.

Is there a simple way to turn off “Stack all pages vertically” for just a few pages, or is the correct solution to treat them as entirely separate modules/pages and use a pop-up/lightbox link on the button? Any tips on achieving this dual navigation would be super helpful!

I have the same question and I’ve seen it repeated across this forum and Reddit without a clean answer.

@Readymag Is this possible or is there a workaround? If not, I would love to submit this as a new feature as it would be wildly popular and really expand webpage functionality.

Hi Sam,

Thanks for reaching out!

We don’t currently have a built-in feature to do this, and you are right that this is a popular request and already on our radar. We’ve added your vote to our feature wishlist for consideration in future updates.

In the meantime, you can achieve a similar effect by placing your main content on a very long page, simulating vertical navigation, and keeping the rest on separate pages accessible via links and buttons.

Let us know if you have any questions or need anything else!
