When i login to readymag i click the sign in with Google button and it logs me in.
However if i try to manually enter my google email and password into the login form fields, it tells me my username and password are incorrect. However this can’t be right because I am entering exactly my google credentials.

It’s not surprising they haven’t gotten back to you in over a year, there is no incentive for them to fix this problem! Resolving existing customer complaints is less important than receiving new customers.
