Hello Forum,

I’m a super newbie here, and I’m trying out Readymag to help myself build a portfolio page.

I found this website, which I really like its interactive effects. When I click the hamburger, a pop-up page appears, covering about 2/3 of the screen and displaying the content page. The remaining 1/3 of the background on the landing page is blurred out.

I tried to link a page with the hamburger, but couldn’t figure out how to pop up like half of the page. Is there any guidance that I can follow to do tricks similar to this?

hey. you would set up a big shape, fix it to the upper right corner, place it out of sight. then assign a click animation on it to move into view with the hamburgermenu as trigger. Also make sure, the the fixed hamburger menu is placed above the shape in the layerpanel.

Now you would need to also add the menuitems the same way as the shape. Same animation an placedment etc. you can then play around with the delay of the animation to make it more fluid.
