Video autoplay doesn't work on mobile and sometimes not in the browser version too

Hey my videos are checked as autoplay but they dont work really. What should I do?

hey,
make sure, that the video is muted. just add “muted” to the html5 video tag.
otherwise the browser will block it, as autoplay with sound isn´t allowed by them.

maybe this is the solution, otherwise pls send an examplelink to your problem, or a code snippet of your video embedding

Hi, having similar issues with custom code vide widgets. They work fine when published on desktop, but don’t play on mobile. Any thoughts on why this is? Cheers!

Hi! On iOS devices, enabling battery-saving mode prevents all videos from autoplaying by default.
