Scrollable jpeg (vertical) within a Picture widget - to show long jpegs

I would love to showcase a series of long jpegs within a Picture widget so the site visitor can scroll the content vertically within the picture - like it’s masking frame? I don’t want to have really long jpegs on the site. I hope that makes sense, thank you.

(I’m using Readymag for a Graphic Design folio site).
