I have two domains in my account. One of them is being used in the public profile and was connected directly through the account settings page. This domain has been used this way for a long time, and after my Readymag subscription expired and I later renewed it, the website still works, but the www version shows an SSL error.
The other domain is used for a specific project and was mapped within the Domain Settings on the project page itself. This site does not open at all, neither with www nor without www. All the DNS records are correct, especially since I have been using this Readymag feature for a long time and it has always worked without any problems.
I’m not sure how to solve this issue. Could someone help me?

the same thing is happening with me, i’ve emailed readymag because this is the second time this has happened. it’s really embarrassing when i’m emailing clients and the site all of a sudden doesn’t work. if they don’t fix it, I’m going to move of the platform. hopefully we can get a response soon!

Hello! We’re currently experiencing an issue affecting some websites connected to custom domains. Due to a problem with SSL certificates, custom domains may be temporarily unavailable.
We understand how disruptive this can be and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is working to resolve the issue.
Please note that projects without custom domains are not affected. As a temporary workaround, you can temporarily unmap your custom domain, and your website will be available on a readymag.website domain. To unmap: go to Project Settings → Domain → Unmap → Copy the readymag.website link.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
