Link keeps sending me back to home page

Hello!

Hoping someone can help me.

For some reason, when I try to link my ‘About me’ page to the word/widget ABOUT on my website it keep sending me back to home page.

Any new page I create, whenever I copy the pages URL and paste it to be the destination of a link IT KEEPS SENDING ME BACK TO MY HOME PAGE.

If anyone can help me, I’d be so grateful!
