Layout consistency across different computer resolutions

Hello! I need a bit of help here…

Im finishing up my portfolio, and this is how its supposed to look. The logo and claim are supposed to be on the bottom of the screen when you first open the website, however of course, this looks different depending on the resolution that you look this on. This is not about making it responsive on mobile, more like just making it consistent across resolutions in computers. Also, i know i could fix it to the bottom, but there is a scroll, so since there is more content under the logo fixing it doesn’t work, it either moves it all the way to the bottom or fixes it on the screen making it visible as you scroll down.

This is how its supposed to look. Logo on the bottom.

This is how it looks on other resolutions, with some white space under it.

Is there anything i can do? Maybe some code? I appreciate any help!

This could be a calculating problem inside the browser.

But You could fix it to the bottom and then add a on scroll animation to it with a “move up” until out of view with the speed of 1. It should have the same feeling as not fixing it.
