Help! I’ve used readymag to create wedding RSVP websites for a while now, as the form feature sending all the answers to a google sheet has always been spectacular. I am now about to handover a website to a client, and have noticed that the google sheet isn’t working. I don’t understand if its a temporary bug or something I’ve done wrong - I’m freaking out as I need to sort this urgently! The sheet simply won’t take any submitted results, no matter how many times I try and from different devices… help please!
If you are getting details to email, it means the form is working well. Probably, the blocking lies somewhere between the connection between the form and the Sheets doc.
When you opt to send submissions to sheets, you are asked to log into the google account where the sheets are located. So for example, if I transferred the project to my client, the copy on their account will have the form, but that form won’t be linked to any Google account, even if the original was set to deliver stuff to a sheets. My client will then have to link google via the form and select a new sheets.
