Hello! Is there a way to create the image hover effect from the site below (to scale the image within its frame)?

hey, with custom code, sure.
A hack around only using RM would be to place a frame image as transparent .png on top of the image and apply a hover - scale animation on the image, with the transparent .png as trigger.
