Dedicated homepage for mobile

Hi there,
I’m at the stage of optimizing my portfolio for mobile, however going over the forum I see it’s very buggy and am wary of making any changes in case it ruins the desktop version.

I want to create an alternative homepage for mobile that doesn’t show the portfolio itself, but just a text widget saying the website isn’t optimized for mobile and should be viewed on desktop.

How do I do that?

That’s fairly easy:

  • Reach your project’s mobile layout and create your message (I would suggest using a big shape to cover everything and put a text on top).
  • Have those widget be front fixed, this way, they will be appearing on top and won’t move as you scroll the page.
  • Double check those widget are hidden on the desktop version.

That’s it—you are good to go!
