I am having issues with the scaling of my website. When I view my website in full screen it looks perfect but when the screen is smaller is is showing widgets that are not in the bounds that I set. it shows the white background that should not be visible only the paper should be. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? This is for the desktop

If the image is the main visual element of the page, I’d recommend setting it as the main background rather than as a widget. This way, it will scale properly with the different desktop breakpoints.
If you need to keep it as a widget, you’ll probably have to manually adjust its position/size for the different breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile), because the image will adapt to the new breakpoint dimensions and can end up outside the bounds you originally set.

Thank you so much! I have to keep it as a widget, and I have been adjusting manually for different viewing devices, but for a web browser on the desktop, it will not scale when moved from full screen, and sections of widgets that are out of the set viewing bounds will still show, no matter how I adjust them. I am not really sure what to do at this point. It just makes my site look messy and unorganized when there was a lot of thought and time that went into my layering.
When my browser is fullscreen it is perfect, but if you minimize it in anyway you can see everything. For example, in the image with the face, the paper is meant to be the border; you should not be able to see the bottom portion of the person behind the paper.
