Sudden Inability to access Ready mag home page

I’m finding trouble accessing my readymag home page through my account… Instead I encounter the “Something’s gone wrong” title or an error page and I’ve tried my luck with both Chrome and Safari but to no avail.

Does anybody know what’s going on? I’m aware that with other companies, sometimes due to AWS failure, their servers can go out… Has anybody had any luck? The company who sent me the invite to work on their website has a tight deadline within the next few hours (18:00 BST) and I’d appreciate any help or suggestions! Also the company has a company account but are unable to find the slack channel? Does anybody know how one would access the readymag slack without being able to enter the website?

Thanks everyone!

Mimi

I’m also having the same problem! Trying to work on my portfolio and the home page isn’t loading

I am having the same problem, glad it is not just me!

Same!! I contacted ReadyMag but I didn’t realize other people were also running into the same issue (which makes me feel somewhat better) Hoping Readymag gets this issue solved asap

I have even tried clearing cache history and using an incognito new window, but all this does is manage to log me in briefly to my home page, and as soon as I click onto a website, I’m back to square one with the “error” page. Has anyone had any luck with replies? Here’s the steps I followed:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

  • Try a different web browser or use incognito/private mode to see if the issue persists.

^this is exactly what I did as well. Readymag’s page loads fine until I log in.

Looks like this is an account issue but I don’t see why it would only affect a few of us

I’ve also tried logging in to a different website (not provided through an invite code from another company) on my own account - and I’m still having issues. Especially when there’s nothing heavy on there. Are you using a Mac? To test even creating a new account works, I asked my partner to sign up using a google log-in (on a razer) and he was unable to create the account - instead of encountering an error page however, he got an error button (??)

Have you had any luck?

Have you been in touch with the support?

its working now! try to refresh the page

Hero! Thanks for keeping us in the loop!

Is anyone still having issues? Even more frustrating that it’s still ongoing yet the server page says that it’s 99% functional which is obviously incorrect?

its now working again….

btw: this was not a readymag issue, but a error on the cloudflare server service and was a global.
