I’m trying to create menu links that have this type of animation whenever you hover over the text. (see gif below)
After hovering over the text, each character changes colours and the entire text block rotates on hover too.
I was able to recreate the animation where each character changes colours when hovering but I’m unable to make the whole thing have another animation where the entire thing rotates.
Would this be possible with or without coding?
