Highlight text in Nav on loaded page?

I want the text in my navigation bar to be highlighted when on that particular page – so the viewer knows which page they are on.

Please advise how to achieve to this effect.

FYI: I don;t see the ‘Current’ tab in the ‘Link’ editing option.

It it is a link to the current page (and on all pages - in positioning) it will be highlighted to show it is current.
