This is how I would like to set up my portfolio: each project has its own page, with the final design mockups in one horizontal scroll at the top (with the project name on top of it, and the project description underneath), and then at the bottom there’s a second horizontal scroll which has the project’s process (with the word “process” on top of it). I want the user to be able to scroll down to access the 2nd horizontal scroll at the bottom, only after they complete the 1st horizontal scroll.
I can’t do 2 pages and stack them on top of each other, because each project page is accessed by the user clicking on it’s photo on the homepage. I tried following 2 tutorials, one used the horizontal scroll preset, and the other was manually doing the scroll animation for each image. The links are here: #1: TikTok - Make Your Day #2: TikTok - Make Your Day .
#2 didn’t work because I placed the horizontal scroll where I wanted it, and then after I previewed it, it moved all the way to the top, got cut off and obstructed the text. #1 didn’t work because if I pinned the horizontal scroll, it would move again, and for some reason without the pin, I couldn’t use the delay by pixels feature.
TL;DR: I want each portfolio project on its own page with two horizontal scroll sections, the 2nd only revealed after scrolling through the first. I can’t stack pages because users access projects by clicking on the image on the homepage. Tried two tutorials for horizontal scrolls, but pinning is a causing a problem with both.
