I am trying to find a way to connect 2x (or more) Forms
Essentially this a design play, I want to have a horizontal AND vertical design…
A row of checkboxes/dropdown above, with email input and submit below…
I have looked into external forms but its impossible to match the design
I am still very much learning, but anyone willing to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated

My current work around is essentially adding a submit check box on each row, but this is far from ideal…

hey… yeah I don´t think this will be possible with built in readymag forms. YOu would need a thridparty formbuilder that you can embedd on your website.
