Why is it that a button with a “mail to” link is not working on the desktop version? Is anyone having the same issues?

It is not working yet! There are a few issues that have not been addressed by the support team since last year! I have sent emails to the support team already to deal with this issue, and especially with the domain issues, which have been a real loading problem since early this year: no answers.
I’ve been using this option for the longest time without hiccups (both with text-based buttons and actual buttons). Doubled check just now and still operates fine.
Checklist:
- Using link control with Email option
- type email as you normally would
- For testing, make sure an actual email client app is designated on your OS (e.g., mail app on macOS); otherwise, nothing will pop up.
