Hi guys! I faced a pronlem with billing the personal plan with the new card. It just says that the card is declined. is it possible that there are some huge taxes or debts for this paying? because on that card i have like 36 dollars. but i expected that monthly payment is 19 so i thought it was enough. do you have some information on that? my card sure is active and has 3D rescue (i mean the mobile app is linked to it), the billing adress is right. It is a serbian raiffeisen visa card. what can be the problem?
