Assistance with Two Possible Text Animations

Hello!

I’m hoping to try to animate the links on my Readymag site, with two different options. Whichever is more feasible…

1.) Preferred method - a text scramble that reveals the link again after it is hovered.
2.) A randomized flicker on hover, think like a neon sign flickering in and out periodically.

I haven’t been able to find any options for either on Readymag sites, but figured it was worth asking on the feasibility.

Do not think you can get it done with the native options (maybe using Lottie and adding a link to it?

Other than that, it sounds like coding is your way.
