Hi! I’m a Readymag newbie, so sorry if this is a simple correct \<3

I’m trying to create a pinned-scroll / sticky-scroll effect in Readymag and I’m struggling to find the correct setup.

This is the page I am working on:

> **[(Copy) Project](https://readymag.website/u1491734730/6350310/)**

> Built with Readymag—a tool to design anything on the web.

What I want:

- The page scrolls normally into a section (here: timeline of the programme)

- Once the section reaches the viewport, the content “locks” in place temporarily

- While the content is locked, a horizontal timeline animates/moves as the user scrolls vertically

- When the timeline animation finishes, the section should “release” and normal scrolling should continue

Visually, I want it to feel similar to cinematic editorial websites where sections temporarily pin during scroll.

My current structure:

- One-page website

- Tall section (~3000px+)

- Move on scroll animation (but nut able to make it “stick” to one place momentarily.

- Timeline animated horizontally on scroll

The issue:

- Using “Fixed” keeps the content fixed globally across the whole page

- I cannot get the section to stay fixed ONLY during its own scroll duration and then continue naturally afterward

So my questions are:

1. Is there a native way in Readymag to create a temporary sticky/pinned section?

2. Is this possible without custom code?

3. If custom code is required, what would be the recommended approach?

4. Is there a better structure for combining vertical scroll with horizontal timeline movement?

Thank you!
