# Overlap effect on scroll

**Hey everyone!**

I’m trying to create a simple overlapping effect on scroll, but I can’t quite figure out how to achieve it. I want one element to move over another as the user scrolls. Here’s a reference to what I’m aiming for: [RTS Cambridge Convention](https://www.studio-kiln.com/project/rts-cambridge-convention-2023).

Does anyone know the best way to achieve this? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
