# How do you make a button that when clicked scrolls down a page a bit?

Hi @haley_n welcome to the Readymag Forum. 🙂

Firstly, select your button and choose the ‘link’ option in the toolbar on the right, select the ‘anchor’ option. It will show a blue line and crosshair cursor, go ahead and scroll to the desired location you want it to jump to and ta-da! 🪄
