I’m trying to create an animation where instead of a horizontal scroll with a scroll wheel, I want to scroll down vertically, meet at a certain section, to be able to click and drag left and right as a horizontal scroll.

Here is an example of the exact interaction that I am looking for. Image provided of which section it is: [https://zajno.com/](https://zajno.com/)
