# Changing Text Stroke on Scroll

I’m trying to figure out how to blow out text using the stroke function when scrolling. I have been looking online for a scroll animation code but nothing has worked so far. I pretty much know nothing about coding other than the specific stuff I look up, so I can only figure out how to change the stroke in CSS, but animating it, I am pretty lost.
